Refunds & returns

We want you to love your haunt. Here’s how refunds work:

• Digital products (PDFs): Delivered instantly after checkout. Because files can’t be “returned,” digital purchases are final unless the file is defective or not delivered. If something’s wrong with your download, contact us and we’ll fix it.
• Print-on-demand items (canvas, posters, apparel, mugs, puzzle, hardcover book): Made to order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
• Change of mind: Because most items are printed to order, we generally can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse once production has started. Reach out ASAP if you need to cancel before it ships.
• Shipping delays: Production and carrier times can vary in peak Halloween season. Tracking is provided when available.
